Duration of listing
We currently list properties up to 6 months as a normal or featured listing. Your property will also be advertised on several of our partner websites except pay per lead ones.
To receive a complete advertising system for your properties we can work together on a commission basis.

Cancellation and Refund
We do not pay refunds if the property listed has been sold elsewhere. You are able to change the details of the entire listing. Please get in touch with us so that all details can be amended on our partner websites.

License
By posting listings, uploading images, or otherwise providing any material for display on the Service, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the express consent of the owner of the material. In addition, when you post a listing, upload an image, or otherwise provide us with material for display on the Service, you are granting ESC-abroad.co.uk a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to:

Use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any such communication.

Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register with ESC-abroad.co.uk on the form provided. Submission of a listing does not constitute a commitment to publish the listing, and publication of a listing does not constitute an agreement for continued publication.
