Our local partner will offer you 4 nights FREE accommodation in one of their properties and escorted visits to their developments and show homes to help you decide which new home is for you.

You pay only for your flight from the UK to Chania International Airport. We will transfer you from the airport to your accommodation. If you subsequently decide to purchase a property the cost of your flights will be refunded (up to a maximum value of 1,000 Euros) on receipt of your 10% property deposit.

Please note that the above offer is subject to your agreement to spend the daytime hours of your 4-day visit on escorted viewing trips (if you use our free accommodation offer). Failure to agree these terms will result in accommodation charges of 300 Euros per person being applied.

Alternatively should you wish to book your own accommodation you will still receive your FREE flight refund of €1,000 on receipt of your 10% deposit.
