Polaris World newest release Mar Menor II

Polaris have finally released the long awaited Mar Menor II an extension to Mar Menor with an extra 9 holes to add to the already existing 9 holes.

Mar Menor II will be built adjoining Phases 1 & 3 in the south and west part of the resort. As well as the extra 9 nine golf holes, there will be a sports centre, a tennis club and a commercial area offering various shops and restaurants.

The first Polaris resort is close to the sea, 7km from the Mar Menor with detached villas and semi-detached houses now built around a magnificent town centre. It is a paradise in expansion, adding to its facilities to offer more leisure, more homes and more golf. The expansion includes villas, semis and apartments as well a further 9 golf holes, completing the par 72 18-hole course designed by Nicklaus Design.
