Eliou-Pronon Municipality is in the Southeast part of Kefalonia and it extends 111,000 acres. According to the 2001 inventory it has 3788 inhabitants. It extends from the foot of Mount Ainos so combining the beauties of the mountain, the countryside, the coast and beaches.

The facilities found in the Municipality include: Doctors, Pharmacy, Mini-Markets, Bakery and School. During the summer months a vast array of café’s, restaurants and bars.

The beach is incredibly well maintained and the part at Eliou-Pronon has been awarded blue flag status. Unsurprisingly, there are loads of water activities available in the area, including pedalo and canoe hire, scuba lessons, and boat excursions.
